I offer in-person sessions at The Psychosynthesis Trust near London Bridge SE1, or online video counselling sessions via Zoom. It is important you find the right therapist for you, so I offer a no-cost initial session.
Each session is 50 minutes.

The First Session
This first session is an opportunity to meet and to begin to get to know each other, for you to ask any questions about me or the counselling process, and to talk about what brings you to therapy.
I may ask some questions about your family, relationships, work, and so forth. Please share whatever feels comfortable. This will help bring to light your history and background, and so set the context for our work.
By the end of this first session, you may have a good idea of whether you want to work together and continue with our sessions, or you might want to think it over.
We can work together for however long you require, which we can discuss when we meet.
